A large majority of trailer wheels have a zero offset because this helps them to better and more evenly support heavy loads. This is likely the case on your gooseneck trailer.

With that being said it's still a good idea to measure your existing wheels to be sure before finding a suitable replacement. To determine a wheel's offset simply take the tire/wheel off the trailer and measure from the mounting surface of the wheel - where it actually mounts to the hub - to the inside and outside beads (see attached image). The difference between these two measurements will give you your offset.

If you have trouble taking this measurement (some offsets can be really small) then you can also give your trailer manufacturer a call with the VIN and they should be able to give you this information.

If you find that you have a zero offset the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire and Wheel # A16R80GWS will work really nicely as a replacement. This is an excellent radial ply trailer tire that features a maximum load of 4,080 pounds at 110 psi and a speed rating of 81 mph. I have included a short video review on this particular combo along with a link that will take you to our complete selection of 235/80R16 options.
