The Draw-Tite Wiring Harness, # 18252, will work on your 2002 Chevrolet Astro. This wiring harness will splice into your vehicles tail light assembly wires. You will need to locate the tail light wires on your vehicle and test the wires using the circuit tester that is included.
The wires will need to be matched by function. The brown wire on the wire harness is for the tail lights, the green wire is for the right turn and brake lights, the yellow wire is for the left turn and brake lights and the white wire will be grounded to the vehicle.
I have included an installation video of this wiring harness for you to check out. The vehicle is different, but it should give you an idea how to find the tail light wires and how to test for their functions.
