I do not believe a 2017 Toyota Sienna comes with a factory trailer wiring harness but I do have what you need to add one, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118498 for SE trims or part # 118648 for all other trims. These harnesses are both plug and play options that do not require any splicing. I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness in particular because they have the best reputation for longevity and reliability.
I have attached an install video for you on both options.
