I do have a roof rack that you can install atop the bed rails on a mid-size truck bed above a hard folding tonneau cover that mounts inside the bed rails and for that you will want to use the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System w/ 2 Heavy Duty Crossbars part # Y01-140B.
