Fit of Reese Sidewinder Wedge on a Lippert Turning Point Pin Box
Question:
I currently use the turning point pin box with a universal wedge.[201100] is there a specific wedge I can use other than the universal one.

Expert Reply:
The universal wedge you have should work okay, but a custom one typically fits more tightly and does a better job of locking up. We've received many legitimate reports from our customers that wedges designed for the Reese Sidewinder will also work with the Lippert Turning Point, enough so that I can confidently tell you it'll work. Neither Reese or Lippert will confirm this, but as we've seen, the wedges are cross compatible between the two. For the Reese # RP30047 hitch, you'll want to use the # SWW-03 wedge.
I've linked you to a product description video featuring this wedge.
