Connecting Wires of ZCI Trailer Wiring Kit to 2013 Audi A6

Trying to determine which wire to connect each sensor to on the Tekonsha 119250.

Your 2013 Audi A6 has trailer wiring circuits that are combined what use pulse width modulation on the same wire.
So according to Tekonsha when you install the # 119250KIT you need to attach the yellow wire of the kit to the brake/tail/left turn wire on the vehicle and the green to the brake/tail/right turn wire. The brown and red wires of the kit are not used.
