You sure can!
To use with the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K I recommend the etrailer.com # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K for a hub and drum assembly or # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K for an idler model (if you won't be adding brakes). Both options will fit the spindles of the Timbren system perfectly and provide the needed 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern.
If you are adding brake assemblies I recommend the etrailer.com Self-Adjusting Electric Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA, which includes both the Left Hand and Right Hand assemblies and don't require manual adjustments over time.
