2015 Silverado 2500HD Winch Wiring Kits for Front and Rear of Truck
Question:
I just ordered a front receiver hitch for my 2015 Silverado 2500HD gas engine. I would not like to install wiring to make it winch ready at either the front or rear hitch. I am curious if you are able to assemble or if you have a kit with the parts needed to achieve this setup. I would like to be able to run a 12k winch, so I will need to add a 2nd battery, battery isolator, circuit breakers on both the front and rear hot lines and quick disconnects at each location. I was thinking 2/0 wire size, would that be overkill? Thank you for any help you can provide.

We can help you with the wiring kits for the winch as we carry them but we do not carry a dual battery kit setup for your truck. I found several online when searching for them just now.
For a rear wiring kit that uses 1 gauge wire we have the part # BDW20348, and then for the front part # BDW20347. This heavy of gauge wire would be ideal for a 12k winch like you have as well.
For a 12,500 lb capacity Bulldog Winch Alpha we have the part # BDW10028 which would be a great option. This is a 6 horsepower winch that comes with 100 feet of synthetic cable as well.
