It sounds like you have a 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 that has the OEM fifth wheel rail kit and are wanting a fifth wheel hitch that would fit it directly. For that we have the B&W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3700 which was designed to fit your rail kit directly and give you the best fifth wheel hitch solution for you application.
