The fifth wheel rail kit I recommend for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 long bed 4x4 is the custom fit kit part # RP50140-58 that you referenced since custom fit kits are MUCH easier to install than universal ones and they minimize drilling.
Then for a hitch the Reese part # RP30928 is a really great option I recommend as well. This hitch has a jaw system that holds the king pin of the trailer tightly and has a capacity of 20,000 lbs. Overall our customers really like this hitch because of how quiet the ride quality is when towing and how well it holds up over time.
