You'll still be able to use the head on your Curt Q20 # C16530 so all you will need is a new set of legs that fit your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the OEM Puck system installed, which are part number # C16017 .
You may want to look at adding a 7 way connection into the truck bed of your new F-350 with the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90 Degree wiring harness # 50-97-410-010 if it doesn't already have one. This harness T's in from the factory 7 way on the back of your vehicle and adds an additional 7 way connection in your truck bed which is especially helpful in these cases since you won't have to worry about hooking up the wiring to the back of the truck with the 5th wheel connected.
