Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Converter Box that Has Voltage on Input Side but Not Output

Question:

Bought the C59236 module installed on my ‘16 Mercedes GLE every thing works except a steady illumination for the drivers side turn signal like brake the is on. Right side works fine and turn signal and brake light, tail lights work, ground checks fine. I have checked the signal on the drivers side and it flashes before it goes into the module but it’s steady on after the module? Is it a bad module? I just got it??

You definitely have a bad module since you tested the input side of the # C59236 and it's fine there but not there on the output side. I checked your order notes and didn't see your in our system ordering this but you'd want to contact the retailer you did buy it from to see about a warranty replacement!
