Recommended Roof Rack and SUP Carrier for 2019 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab

I have a 2019 Tacoma double cab and wanting to add a roof rack to use to carry my SUP and maybe other stuff down the line. Which system do you recommend? Nothing on the roof currently. Much appreciated.
