I do have a great option for you, however there aren't any custom slip-on towing mirrors available for your 2018 Nissan Titan.

The best option we have available for your truck is the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2. These universal mirrors will simply clip over the housings of the factory mirrors to provide you with an extended view. I really like this particular set because of the ratcheting system that allows for a much tighter fit with reduced vibration during travel compared to most other models. The quick-release button on the ratchet also allows for a super quick removal when you're done towing or you need to fit into a tight parking space.
