Replacement Cover/Lid for a Heng's Roof Vent Model 122112

Will this lid properly fit on a Heng Model 122112 roof vent that is on my 2013 Forest River Bershire

There are two types of Heng's Roof Vent Covers according to my research, three point hinge part # 69284 and continuous hinge part # BV0554-01. In order to determine which style of hinge you have on your Heng's Roof Vent you will need to look at the cover and or vent and compare this to the above two options. I do not have any parts list for a Heng's Roof Vent Model 122112 unfortunately.
