Replacement 7-Way for a 2002 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 Cab and Chassis
Question:
This is the right square connection to plug into factory plug however it does not have pins in the correct location to actually plug in correctly. Factory part# 2C3Z13A576DA are you able to cross reference as I only come up with the C55243 on your website? Thank you in advance for all your support

The pin locations for the Curt T-Connector # C55243 are different from your connector because the 55243 fits a 1999 - 2001 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty with factory 4-flat. Since you input your vehicle info as a 2002 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 Cab and Chassis the only replacement options we have look like the Curt # C55774 which plugs into the US Car Connector which would be on the other end of your wiring harness. If just the 7-Way on your vehicle is needing to be replaced then the 55774 will work great but if your wiring harness needs to be swapped out too then your only option (aside from the dealer) is to use something like part # PK11898 which comes with a pigtail that you need to splice to your OEM wiring.
