Congratulations on your flat towing setup. I found the online owner's manual for your 2019 Buick Envision, the following instructions list what to do to use a tow dolly like Demco Kar Kaddy part # DM9713045 to tow the Buick. Please note the only Buick Envisions that should be tow dolly towed are the front-wheel-drive vehicles. The All-Wheel-drive vehicles should be towed with all four wheels off the ground on a flat bed trailer.
To tow a front-wheel-drive vehicle
from the front with two wheels on
the ground:
1. Put the front wheels on a dolly.
2. Move the shift lever to P (Park).
3. Set the parking brake.
4. Clamp the steering wheel in a
straight-ahead position with a
clamping device designed for
towing.
5. Turn the vehicle off.
6. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
7. Release the parking brake.
