Im looking at purchasing a 2019 honda civic hatchback sport. I noticed it has dual exhaust in center of rear bumper can a hitch be installed

A trailer hitch is not going to be compatible with any 2019 Honda Civic hatchback that has a center exhaust because the hitch and exhaust would interfere with each other.

If you are looking at a 2019 Honda Civic hatchback and need a trailer hitch for an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrier you would need to get one without a dual exhaust. That way you can use the
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C92UR which will fit a '19 Civic without a center exhaust.

I attached an install video on a sedan, the install would be the same on a hatchback with dual exhaust.
