Roof Rack Recommendation for 2013 Toyota Rav4 with Raised Rails to Carry Yakima Skybox 16

We have a 2013 Rav 4 with factory installed side rails. Will our Yakima Sky box 16 work with the Inno Roof Rack listed below? Husband is also looking at the Thule Roof Rack with the SquareBar Crossbars. Looking for something within this budget.
