I was unable to locate your order number to determine which lights you purchased from us so I can help you out and could not find any of our lights with those colors. Generally, trailer wiring is going to be green wires for the right turn, yellow for the left turn and brown for the tail lights, though yours may be red. The only way to know for certain is use Cordless Circuit Tester # PTW2979 to determine the functions your trailer wiring and wire your new lights accordingly. Have a helper engage the functions when the trailer is connected and test the wires to find how they are connected.
I have added a link to a help article on trailer wiring for you which I highly recommend reading.
