On vehicle's that have rear lift gate sensors like the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus the installation of a trailer hitch blocks one or more of the sensors. This is be the same with any brand hitch you install. You will still be able to use the lift gate feature by kicking the sides of the bumper where the other sensors are located.

The Draw-Tite hitch option part # 75234 is a concealed cross tube design so the only portion of the hitch that will be visible after install is the receiver. I have attached a photo for your reference. If you need wiring, I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit part # 119250KIT which will clamp on your vehicle's OEM wiring instead of splicing into the wires. The installation is much easier compared to the other hard wired options available for the Nautilus.

If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
