Availability of Metal Replacement Trailer Roof Vent Lid

Question:

the plastic portion of the roof vent on my enclosed trailer weather rotted and I want to replace the cover with a metal one. Do you sell an metal cover and if not, can the cover on the metal vent you sell be removed and put on the vent currently on my trailer. I assume there are rivets which would have to be drilled out and then the new cover riveted back on

We do have one replacement metal dome assembly with the Ventline # BV0534-00, which is the lid that is used on the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent # V2110SP-24 you referenced.

You can use this unit to replace the existing plastic lid on your vent as long as it features a continuous hinge. I have attached an image that zooms in on this portion of the lid so you can make sure.
