Custom 5th wheel rails for 2018 F150?

The custom fit 5th wheel base rail installation kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 is the Reese # RP50087-58.
This is a really good choice for your truck because it has custom holes drilled to fit the frame of your vehicle, ensuring the installation is much less time consuming.
If you also need a wiring kit, I'm a huge fan of the Bargman 5th wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 50-97-410-010 which allows you to install a 7 way connector in your truck bed while still keeping your factory 7-way behind the bumper available.
