I am sorry, but I do not have definite color schemes for your 1997 Ford F-150. The configurations of the pins on 7-ways is pretty standard. The standard wiring for 7-ways is posted on our Wiring Page, see link. You can compare it to your 7-way and then check the colors of the wires coming out of their respective pins. Otherwise, you will need to use a circuit tester on the pins and/or wires to figure out their functions.
