Can Trailer Brake Magnet Wiring that is Red be Ran to Wiring that is Yellow

My old brakes has yellow wires on magnet new ones has red whats differences

The great thing about trailer brake magnet wiring is that the wiring isn't polarity specific. That means that either wire can be used as power or ground as long as opposite wire is connected properly.
So it doesn't matter which wire you run to your magnet wire by color as long as the other wire is connected properly.
