Why Won't EcoHitch # 306-X7900 Fit with Bull Bar

Will I be able to reinstall my bull bar on the front of the truck after I install the front hitch

Once you install the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7900 you will not be able to reinstall the bull bar you sent in a picture of. Both of these occupy about the same area and mounting points so they can't both fit at same time.
