Trailer Connector for 2004 Land Rover Discovery

Question:

I need an adapter to go from factory adapter on a discovery 2, 2004 Land Rover. It is inside rear tail light cover.

Unfortunately, we do not offer anything that would plug into the connector you've shown. Your best bet would be to use the # 119178KIT you referred to and tap into the existing taillight circuits. You'll want to access the taillight wiring harness and use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to identify which wire carries which circuit. The red wire taps into the brake lamp circuit, the green into the right turn, the yellow into the left turn and the brown into the taillight circuit. The white wire grounds to the vehicle chassis or frame.

I've linked you to a video showing the wiring harness being installed on a different vehicle. Of course, the factory wiring and the procedure will be different, but you'll use the same method to identify which circuits carry which taillight function.
