Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package Length
Question:
Have a 2002 F-150 XLT that needs the 7 pin and 4 pin trailer connection replaced. It looks as if the C55774 would work but would like to verify how long the pigtail cable is on the C55774 to see if will reach to existing vehicle connector, Thanks.

Expert Reply:
I went to the warehouse to measure and the 4-pole pigtail part # C55774 measures about 18 inches from the back of the 7-way plug to the end of the 4-pole connector. The wiring of the 4-pole connector that sticks out of the wire loom is about 6-1/2 inches. The overall length of the wire loomed wiring from the back of the 7-way plug to the end of the connector that plugs into the vehicle's factory port is 15-3/4 inches.
