Will this mount kit fit a 2011 ford f350 short box? Im mounting a 16000lb hijacker 5th wheel hitch.

Demco does offer an SL fifth wheel rail kit custom fit for your 2011 Ford F-350 short bed with the part # DM8553000-12 which means for just the brackets like what you mentioned you'd want the part # DM8553000 and you'd be set.
The kit you mentioned does not fit though.
