Converting Solera Power Awning to Manual
Question:
Im frustrated with my Solera Power Awning switch and motor failure. Can I swap out the 12v power head and tension idler head with the manual crank and idler heads? I prefer the simplicity of manual awning control. I would like to preserve my support arms, fabric and roller tube, etc and just convert to manual.

Yes, you could convert your Solera power awning to a manual crank awning with the Crank Awning Conversion kit part # LC333411. This kit normally converts a pull style awning to power but will work great for your application as well.
