It is not necessary to go to a higher load range when switching from radial to bias ply tires on a trailer. If the Load Range C has enough capacity in a bias ply there's no need to move to a Load Range D in a radial but at the same time it also doesn't hurt anything to move up to a Load Range.
The best option for a trailer tire in the size of ST205/75-14 is the Kenda Karrier part # AM10235 which has a weight capacity of 2,200 max load at 75 psi. This is Load Range D radial tire with an 81mph speed rating, a 5 year warranty, and a 5 out of 5 rating from our customers.
