I believe you are asking if the 2013 Jeep Patriot with 5 speed manual transmission can be flat towed, If so then yes it can be as long as the transmission is in neutral and key is in accessory position. Four-wheel drive Patriots can be towed with all wheels on the ground. If the Patriot has front wheel drive then it needs to be towed with front wheels off the ground.

I recommend Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 521441-1 for the 2010 Patriot with the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain because of it's non-binding design. The freedom latch of the All Terrain allows you to unhook the tow bar on uneven ground compared to other tow bars that require the setup to be perfectly level before it will release the tension that builds up in the arms which causes binding. You will also need the Roadmaster Diode kit # RM-15267 to setup the vehicle's tail lights to activate when the motor home lights do while flat towing. You will also need safety cables # RM-643.

Most states do require a supplemental braking system for which I recommend the Stay-IN-Play DUO for motor homes with hydraulic brakes # SM99251. The Stay-IN-Play once installed is the most convenient system because it does not require removal each time you want to drive the Patriot compared to other "brake in a box" styles that sit on the floor board. The Stay-IN-Play features an actuating cylinder that stays in the vehicle and depresses the brake pedal when it is activated by the main unit under the hood when the motor home brakes. If your motor home happens to have air brakes you can use the same system but for air brakes Air Force One # SM99243.

The Jeep Patriot does require a Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 to insure the Patriot's brake signals do not override the moor home's brake signals and they flash in tandem.

Finally, you may need a high low adapter to tow the Jeep Patriot level with the motor home. If you measure from where the baseplate will install on the Patriot on the ground and then measure from the top of the hitch receiver on the motor home to the ground. The difference between those two measurements is the rise or drop you may need in an adapter. I have attached the selection of high low adapters we carry.
