The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA have a standard 4-bolt mounting flange pattern, which attach to a Brake Mounting Flange such as # 4-35; this has bolt holes separated by 2-7/8", as you can see in the accompanying photo.
Keep in mind that to install these brakes you will need the Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10B. I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
