The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT is a universal fit that will absolutely work on your 2008 Range Rover and won't have any affect on your other wiring or interfere with it.

This kit simply clamps onto the tail light harnesses in your vehicle and you will also need to run a hot lead to your battery to power the unit. I have added a link to a video install for you as an example so you can get an idea of the installation.

I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector; using it will increase your 4-way's durability and extend its lifespan.
