Does Small Utility Trailer Need Sway Control Hitch
Question:
I/m going to be pulling a small trailer lowes 4x6 or less with a 3foot tongue with my camry, hauling no more than 600-700 lbs. Do I need a sway prevention control? Thx

Helpful Expert Reply:
Friction sway control like the part # 83660 is a great option for basically any towing setup. It's designed to minimize the sway that starts from high winds or semi-truck passings to provide a safer towing experience.
While I don't think it's an absolute necessity for your towing setup it is a great option that will give you a safer towing experience.
