Can the RM 195225 be used with the RM-2000-1 ?

I have actually spoken with Roadmaster in the past about this and they did confirm that the Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c can be used to pull a tow dolly like the excellent Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 that you referenced. You just need to make sure that you stay under the carrier's 400 pound tongue weight capacity, which shouldn't be a problem.
Also please keep in mind that the carrier will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch by 33 percent.
