Will the 7K Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly Fit the Taskmaster Solid Center Wheel TA45ZR

The Dexter hub 008-219-18 has a 4.75inch hub pilot diameter, which would indeed fit the Taskmaster #LT2524SP wheel just fine. We use this Dexter hub with Alcoas 17.5 in wheel 661401, which is also hub piloted with a 4.77inch hub bore diameter and 5/8inch studs. We had to change to these hubs as Alcoa discontinued their model 665401 wheel, which was their stud-piloted 17.5inch wheel.

I spoke with Dexter and confirmed the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-219-18UC3 has a 4.75" pilot and this does match that of the Taskmaster Solid Center Wheel part # TA45ZR. They also both use the same 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern with 5/8" studs so you are correct, they will indeed work with one another.
