Can JTs Strongarm Kit Install on Front of Trailer that has Spare Tire Mounted

Can this part be installed on a trailer with the spare tire mounted under the frame on the front of the trailer?

That really depends on the clearance you have under the trailer where the spare resides. It's possible you'd have enough clearance but it really depends on where exactly it mounts. If the spare attaches to the cross-member on the front of the trailer like what you see in the picture I attached of the JTs Strongarm part # LC19024 installed then you'd have a clearance issue and would need to relocate the spare somewhere else.
