The letter F in the beginning of your tire size doesn't really indicate anything in terms of picking out the correct replacement. It basically used to be a way to organize the tire sizes between 13 and 14 inch tires. What really matters is that the current tire size equivalent of the F78-ST14 is a 205/75-14 like the part # AM10235 that you referenced.

The tire I recommend in this size though is the Kenda Karrier part # AM10235. This radial trailer tire provides excellent traction for a safe, smooth ride in both wet and dry conditions. It is constructed of double steel belts and full nylon plies and has a maximum load capacity of 2,200 lbs at 75 psi.

I attached a review video for this tire for more info for you to check out as well.
