Can the Crossbar Spread Of the Rhino-Rack SG Roof Rack On a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Be Moved

Can I mount the bars further back so it wont get in the way of removing the Freedom panels?

The recommended placement for the Rhino-Rack SG Roof Rack for Rain Gutters part # RRSG59 on your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is 11-13/16" forward from the center of the two doors for the front crossbar and 19-11/16" back from the center of the two doors for the rear crossbar.
If you are just wanting to move the crossbars temporarily then that is fine but these are the points on the roof that Rhino-Rack has found offers the most support so I cannot recommend you move the crossbars from here while carrying a load.
