According to Yakima, the difference between the Replacement "A" Wheel Tray Assembly # 8880796 and Replacement "B" Wheel Tray Assembly # 8880797 is the following: "Look at the base of the wheel cup and look at the cut out above the steel bracket. Cup 'A' has has two bumps in the cut out and cup 'B' has a single bump."

If that was confusing to you, don't worry, it was confusing to me too, so I went and took a look at the "A" assembly. What I found was that at the bottom of the wheel tray where the shank of the bracket is you can see the "bumps" they are referring to, as you can see in the accompanying photo.

If you take a look at your wheel tray assembly you can use this photo and compare it to see which replacement is correct for you; if yours has 2 bumps you will need Replacement "A" Wheel Tray Assembly # 8880796. If it has just 1 bump you will need Replacement "B" Wheel Tray Assembly # 8880797.

Additionally, these wheel trays do not come with the strap so if you need that as well it is the Replacement Wheel Strap # Y8880229.

These wheel tray assemblies fit the Yakima FourTimer Bike Rack # Y02469.
