How to Determine Correct Bearings for Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a tandem boat trailer for a bass boat I need the size of the bearings for outter and inner bearing I tried a 1 1/16 the hub doesn’t go all the way back on the spindle

In order to find the correct bearings, you will need to take apart your hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
