Will this product work on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with a round OEM plug.

Yes, the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector, # PK11893-11932, will work with the OEM connector on your 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup.
Another option we have that will work on your 2011 Dodge and does not require wiring the connector is the Curt Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness, # C56000.
We have an installation featuring this item on a different truck, see link. The procedure is very similar once the OEM trailer wiring connector is located. On your truck the connector should be at the back of the OEM 7-Way connector mounted in the rear bumper.
