Roof Rack for a 2008 Jeep Liberty with Flush Mounted Roof Rail
Question:
Hello. I am looking for a roof rack for a 2008 jeep liberty. my jeep has rails on it but they do not have a gap or any space under them. they run from front to back and are maybe a couple inches tall. can I get a set of cross bars for this or are my rails just for looks?

Thank you for the pictures. I reached out to our roof rack manufacturers but it doesn't look like any of them have a fit for a 2008 Jeep Liberty with those flush siderails. Because of this the only option that I see fitting for your application is the SeaSucker roof rack because it uses vacuum cups (each with a 210 lb pull rating) to secure to a roof. The Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B has folding bars for when you want to store the roof rack.
I have attached some review videos that you can reference. If you let me know what you plan on carrying I can offer some recommendations as well.
