Yes, Air Lift has their LoadLifter Extra Heavy Duty air bags that are compatible with the 5th wheel rail mounting brackets on your 2006 Ford F-150.
If you have a 2WD I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88228 but if you have a 4WD I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88200 because it is upgraded with an internal jounce bumper.
I also recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 because it allows you to adjust your air bags anywhere so that you don't have to hunt down an air compressor. This is a wireless system which gives you the option to adjust your settings from inside or outside your cab plus it eliminates having to run lines into your cab.
I have attached some videos that you can check out as well.
