Dimensions and Weight Capacity of Swagman E-Spec 2-Electric Bike Rack
Question:
1. What is distance from hitch pin hole to first wheel cradle?? 2. IF only have one bike, what would weight of bike rack be if leave off one platform?? 3. If only have one 50# bike behind a travel trailer on this rack, could fold up pen remain in place??

The distance between the hitch pin hole and the nearest wheel wheel cradle on the Swagman E-Spec Platform Bike Rack # S94FR is just about 15-1/2 inches. The distance from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the carrier when it's folded down for use is 10-1/2 inches.
The E-Spec features a weight capacity of 70 pounds per bike. This means that even if you are only loading one bike, it cannot weigh more than 70 pounds as this is the capacity of the individual platforms and wheel cradles.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by keeping the fold-up pin in place. When the rack is down for use the pin should be secured in the upper hole on the shank's base and when it's folded up for storage the pin is placed in the lower hole to keep it in place.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this rack that you can check out as well.
