I do have an option for you but the Fulton Model 50 Surge Brake Actuator has been discontinued for quite some time now therefore replacement parts like a master cylinder are no longer available. I confirmed this with Fulton for you. The best option you have is to replace the entire actuator for which I recommend the Brake Actuator part # T43397007K as a direct replacement option.
