Size of Nylon Bushing Needed For Double-Eye Leaf Springs on Triple Axle Trailer with 7,000-Lb Axles

Question:

I want to re-do my triple axle trailer suspension to freshen it up. I got my parts list from you guys already, but without taking my springs off I dont know the proper size nylon bushing for my 7k 3,500lb spring axles. I know its a 9/16inch inner, not sure of the outter dimension. Thanks,

If you are replacing the leaf springs on your triple axle trailer with new springs the bushings will be included in the new leaf springs.

If you are just replacing the bushings in the double-eye springs for a 7,000-lb axle you will need the TruRyde Nylon Bushing, part # TRBU11566. These bushings have a inner diameter of 9/16 inches and an outer diameter of 11/16 inches. The length of the bushing is 1-3/4 inches. These bushings are what fit the Double-Eye Spring, part # PR-6, that we carry for a 7,000-lb axle.

If the width of your spring is 2 inches wide you would need the TruRyde Nylon Bushing, part # TRBU12566. These are the same diameters as the bushing mentioned above but have a length of 2 inches.

I am including a link to a FAQ page on double-eye trailer suspensions.
