How many miles should I get on my 5.30 12 load d tire?

Trailer tires rarely actually wear out due to mileage. Typically they get old enough that they start to dry rot which turns into leaking and then also can turn into the tire failing on the highway.
Right around 6 years is the standard recommended trailer tire life.
