Replacement Pin and Clip for Thule Expressway Hitch Mount Bike Rack

I have a Thule 995/996et Expressway bike hitch. I need an additional safety pin because I lost one. The matching one I do have measures about 3 1/4inch from top to bottom and 5/16inch diameter. Attached is a picture. Will the above subject pin fit? Thank you.
